A long-running community brief has moved to practical completion: pergolas, seating, play interfaces and adoptable surfacing are signed off with snagging closed and inspection prompts in place.
The project stayed legible for residents through phased messaging on site — fewer surprises, clearer expectations for “when can we use it?”.
